Cancellation of your FOGSI Presidential Conference 2025 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariate at www.waves2025.com clearly starting your registration number in the subject line. The email is to be sent from the email address which was used for registration.
* Cancellation before 1st March will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value.
* All Cancellation done between 1st March 2025 to 31st March 2025 will attract a cancellation fee 50% of gross registration value.
* All Cancellation done between 1st April 2025 to 30th April will attract a cancellation fee 75% of gross registration value.
* All Cancellation done post 1st May 2025 will be non-refundable .
* No Cancellation for residential Package .
* All refunds will be processed with in 6weeks of the completion of the conference .
* Time Stamp of email will be considered as official date of a cancellation request
